Heart Healthy CMT Sandwich


(If you’re doing Weight Watchers it’s 6 points)

1 TBLS Reduced Fat Cream Cheese

2 TBLS Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

2 Slice Nature’s Own Keto White Bread

Tons of Fresh Cut Dill

1 Tsp Sugar

½ Cup White Wine Vinegar

Pinch Black Pepper

1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes

6 Slices Cucumber

1 large Slice Tomato

2 Slices Thinly Sliced Red Onion

Handful Favorite Microgreens

  1. Cut Red Onion and place into bowl with White Wine Vinegar, Red Pepper Flakes, Black Pepper, & Sugar. Soak for at Lease10 Minutes
  2. Toast Bread – Lay onto parchment paper after toasted.
  3. Add Cream Cheese To One Half of Bread, Add Hummus to Other Half of Bread
  4. Add in This Order – Cucumbers, Tomato, Fresh Dill, Red Onion, Microgreens
  5. Add Other Piece of Toast On top & Wrap in Parchment Paper
  6. Cut Sandwich in Half
